Right of withdrawal:
We obviously want you as a customer to be satisfied with the goods you buy from us. If you regret your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after you received the item. Always contact our customer service before returning the item, remember to provide your customer number and invoice number. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost in case of withdrawal. We will refund within 30 days after you have canceled the purchase and returned the product.

Complaint:
As a customer, you have the right to complain about defects in the ordered item within 14 days after you have received the product. We of course cover the shipping cost for such returns. This is against a presented receipt.

When we have received the item, we will examine it in accordance with the description you as a customer provide in connection with the complaint. It is important that you provide as detailed a description as possible. If the complaint is approved, we will cover your shipping costs as well as any other costs you have incurred in connection with the complaint. Even if we approve a complaint, you as a customer are always obliged to limit your costs resulting from the complaint. Thus, only reasonable costs are reimbursed.
