Refund Policy
Return purchase:
Of course, we want you as a customer to be satisfied with the goods you purchase from us. If you regret your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after you have received the goods. Always contact our customer service before returning the product, remember to provide your customer number and invoice number. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping costs for the regretted purchase. We will refund within 30 days after you lifted the purchase and returned the product.
Complaint:
As a customer, you have the right to make a complaint within 14 days after receiving the product. We naturally cover shipping costs for these returns upon presentation of a receipt.

When we have received the product in connection with this, we will examine the product in accordance with the description you as a customer provide in connection with the complaint. It is important that you give as detailed a description as possible. If the complaint is accepted, we will cover your shipping costs and any other costs incurred in connection with the complaint. Even if we accept a complaint, you as a customer are always obliged to limit your costs as a result of the complaint. Therefore, only justified costs are reimbursed.
