Girls’ New Year! What should you bring into autumn?
Share
New Year in January? Absolutely.
But there’s something special about September. The term “girls’ new year” has started trending on social media, capturing that special feeling of a new beginning in September. Summer is coming to an end, everyday life is starting again, and suddenly it feels like the right time to return to routines, organise your life, and think about what we actually want to bring with us into autumn. One thing we’re bringing into autumn is a little extra indulgence with Active glide 💦💧and our moisturising and softening V Cleanser 🌸for drier days.
Here at VagiVital, we think the fresh start might as well begin somewhere very practical: in the bathroom cabinet.🫧🫧

Start with a little autumn clean-out in the cabinetMany of us probably have a tube, jar, or bottle that has been sitting there significantly longer than we’d like to admit.🙌🍂
-
Go through the dates ⏳Check the best-before date and see whether the packaging has the symbol of an open jar, such as 6M or 12M. It indicates how long the product is recommended for use after it has been opened. If the product has passed its stated shelf life, it should no longer be used.
-
Also discard anything that has changed in colour, scent, or consistency. ❤️When you open a new product, you can write the opening date on the packaging. A small detail that makes it much easier to keep track.
A girls’ new year doesn’t have to be about becoming a completely “new you”.
It may be enough to clear out the old, review what you use, and create a routine that feels a little more intentional for autumn.
Out with expired products. In with simpler habits.
It’s a girls’ new year we can get behind. 🌟💫🍂🍂
