Subscriptions

A subscription continues until you choose to cancel it. After the second delivery, you can make changes, such as adjusting the delivery frequency or canceling the subscription if it no longer suits you. By choosing a subscription, you agree to our terms [link to terms].

You can cancel your subscription at any time after the second delivery. Log in to your account, go to “My Subscriptions,” and click “Cancel Subscription.” Follow the instructions on the page to confirm the cancellation.

Yes, you control when and how often you want to receive your delivery – you can easily do this in our self-service portal. There you can change the delivery interval, skip a delivery, pause, or change the contents of your subscription whenever it suits you.

Yes, you can have multiple active subscriptions for different products, or several for the same product but with different delivery intervals, if that suits your needs.

Payment & discounts

All payments are made automatically before each shipment. If your card is replaced or if you want to use a different payment method, you can easily update this under “My Account.”

If your payment fails, we will automatically try a few more times. You will also receive a reminder via email where you can update your card details or choose another payment method. Remember to update your payment information as soon as possible to avoid interruptions in deliveries.

No, only one discount or promotion applies per order, and subscription offers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

If you are missing your discount code, contact our customer service at support@vagivital.se and we will help you get it.

With a subscription, your discount is automatically applied at checkout; no manual entry is needed. If the discount is still not deducted when ordering, please contact our customer service at support@vagivital.se and we will take care of it for you.

Returns & Support

At VagiVital, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order. Contact our customer service before making a return to get instructions. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless it is a complaint.
