How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the second delivery. Log in to your account, go to “My subscriptions” and click on “Cancel subscription”. Follow the instructions on the page to confirm the cancellation.
Can I change the delivery interval, skip a delivery, or pause my subscription?
Yes, you control yourself when and how often you want to receive your delivery – you do this easily in our self-service portal. There you can change the delivery interval, skip a delivery, pause or change the content of your subscription whenever it suits you.
Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?
Yes, you can have multiple active subscriptions to different products, or several for the same product but with different delivery intervals, if that suits your needs.
Payment & discounts
How do payments for subscriptions work?
All payments are made automatically before each dispatch. If your card is replaced or if you want to use another payment method, you can easily update this under “My account”.
What happens if my payment does not go through?
If your payment fails, we will automatically try a few times again. You will also receive a reminder via email where you can update your card details or choose another payment method. Remember to update your payment details as soon as possible to avoid interruptions in deliveries.
Can I combine discount codes when subscribing?
No, only one discount or promotion applies per order and subscription offers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
I have not received my discount code, what do I do?
If you are missing your discount code, contact our customer service at support@vagivital.se this is how we help you get it.
I am missing the discount on my subscription – what do I do?
With a subscription, your discount is automatically applied at checkout, no manual entry is needed. If the discount is still not deducted at checkout, please contact our customer service at support@vagivital.se we'll arrange it for you.

What return policy applies at VagiVital?
At VagiVital you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal after you have received your order. Contact our customer service before making a return to get instructions. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless it concerns a complaint.
