Christmas is approaching rapidly and at this time I believe many of us actually need a much-needed
pussytive break. I therefore want to share a very special Christmas gift with you where I have handpicked six fascinating books and my very own favorite podcast, which might provide a moment of inspiration for you or serve as a perfect Christmas gift to share with a sister. Enjoy delving into topics that enrich both body and soul and please share these insights with the women around you ❤
IN BED WITH MALENA IVARSSON AND SAMANDA EKMAN
In Bed is my absolute personal favorite among all podcasts, which my 20-year-old daughter and my 77-year-old mother also love ❤ Don’t let the title fool you as the theme is not only about sex but equally about relationships and behaviors, with a pinch of Jungian reflection. It is incredibly entertaining to listen to Malena Ivarsson and Samanda Ekman’s conversations that ebb and flow. A perfect listen for those who want to explore and understand more about relationships and sexuality. A real feelgood podcast that is also great to listen to while wrapping Christmas presents 😊.
